The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) has brought forward the date for the opening of her North East Office, it will now hold on Tuesday 13th April 2004. The venue is Gombe. There will also be award presentation to persons in the North East who have contributed to Youth Development, among them are the Governor of Gombe State, Alh. Danjuma Goje, The Governor of Borno Stata, Alh. Modu Sherrif, and three outstanding women. Also the Grandson of the First Prime Minister of Nigeria, (Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa) also called Abubakar Tafawa Balewa (Billy).
